Option 1 - Core RFL Networker
This option provides users with the RFL Networker software, with the following features:
- Instant Messaging
- Mass IM
- Teleconferencing
- Presence Management
- E-Meeting
- 10MB Secure File Storage
- SMS Capability
Option 2 - RFL Networker with Net-VOIP
This option provides users with all the above functionality of RFL Networker but with the added benefit of FREE internal (Networker user - Networker user) VOIP telephone calls and voicemail.
Option 3 - RFL Networker with full PSTN VOIP
This option combines Option 2 with full PSTN VOIP capability with external calls charged on a pence per minute basis via a separate rate plan. This option includes extensive telephony functionality including:
- Call Transfer
- Voicemail
- Call Hunting (one hunt group included for free)
- Call Barring / Blocking / Screening
- Call forwarding on busy, on unavailable, on no answer
- Email notification of voicemail
- Call pick-up
- Music on hold
- 2 call simultaneous management
- Web interface for End Users to manage their service profile
