Yes, there are three options for Networker. These are Networker Basic, Networker with Group-based telephony and Networker with full VOIP PSTN integration. Customers are able to upgrade their service at anytime.
The service has a 99.9% guaranteed uptime. Our standard service desk operates from 9-5:30 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, an extended 24/7 service is also available if required for an additional charge. A full SLA is available on request.
Basic Networker is priced on a per seat basis with a standalone charge for installation and set-up and optional charges for training. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Yes, paid for trials can be arranged for a minimum of 5 and maximum of 20 seats. Trials can range from 1 week to 3 months dependent on requirements. Pricing is available on request.
No, Networker is a closed system. No one can IM spam to you unless you authorise them. Security is an integral part of the Networker solution.
This is available and will be an integrated option as part of a free upgrade in Q4 2010. Video is bandwidth hungry and hence the performance is related to the communications you have to your laptop/PC.
iPhone integration is part of our roadmap and we are working on an app. At the moment Networker can be used on any smart phone running Windows mobile or better.
Yes, RFL are able to develop an interface and provide functionality with a range of PBX equipment.
The VoIP system will automatically fail over onto a second comms connection. This can either be a leased line or mobile. If you have a second office, the reception function can quickly be transferred to this location.
